South Florida party characters make a Santa visit at home feel like Christmas morning without leaving the living room. Call (800) 297-0414 with the date, the city, and whether you want Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, or the Grinch. Visits run 30 minutes or 1 hour. You get a text on party day with the arrival window.
What to decide before you call
A Santa visit at your house is built around your child. Santa can greet them by name, and the photos are with your family. That personal time is different from a crowded public character day where many families share one performer.
Start with the date and the start time. Saturday mornings fill first in December. Weeknights work for a short visit after dinner. Tell us the city so we route the performer. A house in Broward, a condo in Miami-Dade, and an office lobby in Palm Beach all book the same way: date, address, and the character.
Pick the face the kids already know. Santa in the red suit is the usual request. Mrs. Claus, elves, the Grinch, and nutcrackers sit on the same holiday lineup. Look at rent Santa for hire for the Christmas page, then say the name on the call. If two children want Santa and the Grinch, say both names and we will tell you what is open that day.
Choose 30 minutes or 1 hour. A 30-minute visit fits photos, a short hello, and a small gift pile. A 1-hour visit leaves more time for each child, a story, and cake if you want Santa there for that. We confirm the costume and the window when you book.
Set the room so Santa can work
Clear a chair or a small bench with space in front for kids to stand. Turn on a lamp so photos are not all flash. Keep the tree lights on if you have them. A doorbell that works and a lit porch help the performer find you after dark.
Have a parking spot the performer can use and a bathroom they can use. If the building has a gate, send the code in the same text thread after you book. Write the unit number on the call. Condos and HOA clubhouses in South Florida work the same as a house: we need the gate, the room name, and a place to park.
If gifts are part of the visit, stack them in one spot Santa can reach without stepping over toys. Name tags on the outside of the wrapping save time. You can have Santa hand gifts, pose, and then step aside for cake. You do not have to do all three. Say the order you want when you call.

How the visit runs on party day
You get a text on party day with the arrival window. Keep the kids inside until Santa is at the door if you want a surprise. Someone who is not in costume should answer the door so the performer can step in already dressed.
Photos come first for most families. Then a few minutes of talk, a story, or a song. Then gifts or cake if you asked for that. Keep the dog in another room. Keep the path from the door to the chair clear. If a toddler is shy, let them watch from a parent’s lap. Santa can wave and wait.
Office parties and leasing-office events use the same clock. Tell us whether the visit is for kids, for adults, or for both. Elves and the Grinch work at a lobby tree. Santa can pose at a dessert table. The same 30-minute or 1-hour choice applies.
South Florida timing in December
Daylight is short in December. If you want photos with natural light, book an afternoon window while the sun is still up. Evening visits work with lamps and tree lights. Weekend dates in the two weeks before Christmas go first. If your date is open, we confirm the costume on that call.
A backyard in December is often comfortable. Have a backup chair inside if a shower moves through. We still come to the address you booked. Tell us if the party moved from the patio to the living room so the performer walks in the right door.
Book the Santa visit
Call (800) 297-0414 or check your date at contact. Have the date, the South Florida city, the character, and 30 minutes or 1 hour ready. We will confirm the costume and send the arrival-window text on party day.
If this is a surprise for a spouse or a grandparent, say so on the call. We can text a second adult the arrival window and keep it off the birthday child’s phone. If you want Santa to arrive after cake, say that order. If you want Santa gone before cake, say that too. The visit still runs 30 minutes or 1 hour from the moment the performer is with the guests.
Neighborhood associations and condo social rooms book the same way as a house. Give us the clubhouse name, the gate, and a restroom the performer can use. City holiday events and grottos use the same phone. Have a chair, a table for a small prop or gift sack, and a volunteer who can point Santa to the next child in line.
Write the child’s name and any shy-kid notes in the form. A performer who knows the name can greet the child at the door. That small detail photographs well and keeps the visit moving. Then enjoy the photos. Call with the date while it is still open.
