Santa for office holiday parties in South Florida can walk into a lobby, a conference room or a leasing office and spend the visit with your team. Call (800) 297-0414 with the date, the city and whether you want Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves or the Grinch. Visits run 30 minutes or 1 hour. You get a text on party day with the arrival window.
What an office Santa visit looks like
Most office visits start at the tree or the dessert table. Santa greets the host, then takes photos with whoever is in the room. If children are coming with parents after school, say so on the call so Santa can greet kids by name. If the room is adults only, say that too. The same costume still works for a short hello and photos.
A 30-minute visit fits a lobby tree, a photo line and a few desks. A 1-hour visit leaves time for a second floor, a break room, or a longer line. We confirm the costume when you book. Have a parking note, a restroom the performer can use, and the suite or floor number ready.
A private office visit is built around your group. Santa can spend the window with your coworkers and their kids. That personal time is the point, compared with a crowded public character day where many families share one performer.
Keep the path from the elevator or front door clear. A chair with space in front photographs well. Turn on a lamp so faces are not all flash. If you have a tree, leave the lights on. If gifts are part of the visit, stack them in one spot Santa can reach without stepping over bags.
Kids, adults, or both
Leasing offices, medical offices and small companies often mix ages. Tell us the mix. Santa can pose with staff first, then sit for the children. Elves help with a long photo line. The Grinch works when the office wants a laugh with the same holiday setup. Mrs. Claus, elves and the Grinch are available with Santa.
Write the children’s first names if you want greetings at the door. Shy kids can watch from a parent’s lap. Santa can wave and wait. You do not have to fill every minute with a posed shot. A walk past desks, a story in a conference room, or cake in the break room all count as the visit.
Look at party characters in Fort Lauderdale if the office is in Broward. The same 30-minute or 1-hour visit, and the same arrival-window text, apply in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Give us the city so we send the performer to the right door.
If two faces are on the wish list, say both names on the call and we will tell you what is open that day. Weekend office parties and weekday lunch visits both work. Saturday mornings in December fill first. A Tuesday at 4 p.m. is often easier to lock in.

Fort Lauderdale offices and South Florida lobbies
Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Cypress Creek and offices west of I-95 all book the same way: date, address, character, 30 minutes or 1 hour. A gated garage needs a code or a host in the lobby. A storefront needs a place to park for a few minutes. Say which it is on the call so the performer is not circling the block during the arrival window.
Condo association offices and property-management lobbies book the same way as a private company. Give us the building name, the gate and a restroom. If the social room is on the second floor, say the elevator. If the party spills onto a pool deck, have a shaded backup inside.
If the party is a surprise for an owner or a manager, we can text a second adult the arrival window and keep it off the group thread. Have a volunteer who can point Santa to the next person in line. Name tags on wrapping save time if Santa is handing small gifts.
South Florida December daylight is short. If you want photos with window light, book an afternoon window while the sun is still up. Evening visits work with lobby lamps and tree lights. We still come to the address you booked.
How to book the office visit
Call (800) 297-0414 or check your date at contact. Have the date, the South Florida city, the character and 30 minutes or 1 hour ready. We confirm the costume and send the arrival-window text on party day.
Name the room: lobby, conference room, warehouse break area or outdoor courtyard. If the courtyard has no shade, we can do photos inside. If weather turns, move the line indoors and resume. The visit still runs 30 minutes or 1 hour from the moment the performer is with your guests.
Have parking, a bathroom and the suite number on the form. Reply to the arrival-window text if the party moved from the courtyard to the conference room. Then enjoy the photos with your team. Call with the date while it is still open.
If the office shares a building with other companies, tell the front desk Santa is coming. A printed name at reception saves time. If you want Santa to visit two suites in one hour, name both and we will plan the walk. The visit is still 30 minutes or 1 hour total unless you book two windows.
